Non-metal Rope Winding RTP Pipe Production Equipment
JMG Machinery's non-metal rope winding RTP pipe production equipment is designed for manufacturing high-performance reinforced thermoplastic pipes. The production line is primarily used for polyester wire winding reinforced pipes, aramid tape winding reinforced pipes, and various rope bundle winding reinforced pipes.
The resulting RTP pipes feature a three-layer structure: a thermoplastic inner liner (PE80/PE100/PA/PERT/PVDF), a helically wound reinforcement layer made of non-metal materials (polyester wire, aramid fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber, or twisted rope bundles), and a protective HDPE outer layer with UV and aging resistance.
With 31 RTP production lines installed and operating in China over the past four years — including 15 tape winding lines (metal and non-metal) and 16 rope winding lines (metal and non-metal) — JMG Machinery has established itself as a trusted partner in the composite pipe equipment industry.
