Answer: We will debug the equipment before delivering it to the customer's site. After the debugging is correct, it will be disassembled and sent to the customer's factory. After the on-site installation and commissioning are completed, all-round training will be provided to the customer's employees.

Answer: If there is a problem, we will provide video technical guidance, and if necessary, we will send engineers to the site to solve the problem. If during the warranty period, parts need to be replaced, we will send spare parts for free. For wearing parts, we only charge the cost fee.
